Peripheral Enhancements Announces that it has become an associate member of the USB Flash Drive Alliance (UFDA)

Dallas, TX - February 16, 2004

Peripheral Enhancements Corporation, a leading manufacturer of computer memory, digital media products, and USB storage devices announced today that it has become an associate member of the USB Flash Drive Alliance (UFDA).

The UFDA was formed in 2003 to educate consumers about the benefits of using these small, portable solid-state storage devices. USB storage devices continue to see strong sales growth worldwide, with storage available up to 2GB.

"We saw an opportunity to join an organization that supports the growth of our own USB Flash drive product line.
