Peripheral Enhancements announces launch of 3.5" Portable Hard Drives

Dallas, TX - April 6, 2004

Peripheral Enhancements Corporation, a leading manufacturer of computer memory, digital media and consumer products, announced today the launch of a line of 3.5" Portable Hard Drives. These new products are the latest addition to the company's fast-growing DiskGO™ consumer product line.

The DiskGO™ 3.5" Portable Hard Drives support USB 2.0 and FireWire (IEEE-1394) interfaces and are now available for sale at any of the company's reseller and distribution partners. They are available in 80GB, 120GB and 250GB capacities. The manufacturer's suggested retail price is $109.95 after rebate for the 80GB version, $134.95 after rebate for the 120GB version and $289.95 after rebate for the 250GB version.

The DiskGO 3.5" Portable Hard Drive allows users to transfer large amounts of information from one location to another and provides a fast and convenient way to perform routine back-ups. The DiskGO 3.5" Portable Hard Drive is shipped with a USB cable, FireWire cable, and a desktop stand. It includes an external power cord and is backed by a one year manufacturer's limited warranty. The hard drive comes in a protective, brushed aluminum casing that allows for efficient cooling.
