I set out to upgrade my friend's antique computer (Dell Dimension L866R) and needed two sticks of 256 MB DDR RAM (total of 512 MB). The price was reasonable and the merchandise was timely delivered, safely and securely packaged, and as advertised. From the moment I placed my order to the time of its delivery, I was kept informed of the progress of the shipment to me. After installation, it performed exactly as it should. A+ all around.
I would recommend, however, that Edge Tech consider "Priority Mail" or even First Class Mail instead of their current base-level delivery mechanism. The latter is some odd hybrid whereby a private service apparently picks up the merchandise, transports it to a private inventory center, ships it by truck to a Post Office, and then defers to the Post Office to make final product delivery. Though this practice might facilitate tracking delivery, it may add more than a couple of days to the delivery time. In the case of a small, inexpensive product, I would prefer an option for First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
