The versatile device reads all popular flash card formats including xD Picture Card™, SD Memory Cards™, MultiMedia™ (MMC) Cards, Memory Stick™, Memory Stick PRO™, Memory Stick Duo™, SmartMedia™ Cards, Type I/II CompactFlash® Cards, and IBM Microdrive®. The EDGE™ Dock & Multi Flash Card Reader for iPod utilizes a USB 2.0 interface (backwards compatible to USB 1.1) for high-speed data transfer between a computer and flash cards.
