Rebate coupons are available for download on the website of the company where you purchased your product. If for some reason you are not able to find the rebate coupon you need online, submit a request for a rebate coupon at www.edgetechcorp.com/support/rebate-request.asp

Where do I find my UPC sticker?
The UPC will be located on the outside of the product package. (NOT on the product itself and NOT on the external shipping package.)

What is the postmark deadline?
The postmark deadline is 15 days after the date on your invoice. This means that you must have the appropriate paperwork postmarked, by the USPS, 15 days after your invoice date.

What is the rebate offer period?
The rebate offer period is stated on the rebate coupon. In order to redeem the rebate you must purchase your product within the rebate offer period.

What do I do if I did not receive an invoice/receipt for my purchase?
You can use an invoice, receipt, order confirmation or packing slip for your rebate submission. If you did not receive one of these, contact the customer service department of the company where you purchased your product and request one of them.

What does “Limit one rebate per offer, person, household or address” mean?
This means that one person can not redeem multiple rebates for the same product. (For Example: If one person purchases two of the same product he/she cannot redeem a rebate on both products for themselves or on behalf of another person.)

How long does it take for a rebate check to be issued?
Rebate checks will be mailed 6-8 weeks after the date of processing.

No. The rebate is only valid in the United States of America.
