Ordering Online Customer Service Technical Support Product Categories Privacy and Security About EDGE Check Order StatusMy Account As one of the features of registering during the checkout process, you are able to go online and check the status of you order at any time. 1. Click the My Account at the top of the page.
2. Under Previous Customer Sign In, enter your email address and password used when ordering.
3. After logging in, you will see the Order History section.
4. Click the "View" link next to the order you are inquiring about.
5. Here you will see the current order status, order date, and ship date. Forgot Password You can have your password sent to you automatically by going to the My Account Sign In page and clicking the "Forgot Password" link. Simply enter your email address you used when ordering and you will receive an email with your password within a couple of minutes. If you do not receive an email with your password please contact us. Order Status - Awaiting receipt of order The order status "Awaiting receipt of order" means your order is in the order verification stage of order processing. Orders for in-stock products placed Monday through Friday usually process and ship the next day. Delays that may prevent your order from shipping the same day include additional merchant credit card verification checks, unforeseen delays with shipping provider, out of stock products, or other delays out of our control. "Value Shipping" and UPS Ground orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Friday after 11 a.m. [CST] may not process or ship until the following Tuesday. Order Status - Fulfilling Order The order status "Fulfilling Order" means the order verification process has completed and your order has been sent to our warehouse for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to ship and will be picked up by the shipping carrier within 24 hours. This email notification will include your order delivery tracking number. Order Status - Order Completed The order status "Order Completed" means the order has been shipped from our warehouse and your credit card has been charged. Read our Delivery Estimates for more information on when you can expect to receive your order. Order Status - Order Canceled The order status "Order Canceled" means the order has canceled and will not be fulfilled. When we cancel an order you will receive and email further explaining why the order was canceled. Your credit card will not be charged if your order is canceled. If you feel your order has been canceled by mistake please contact us so we can correct the problem. |
