Return Policy

Returns
The original purchaser may return any product for full refund of the purchase price, within the first 30 days after original purchase (you must include your ETC invoice as proof of purchase). After thirty days, defective product will be repaired, replaced or credited, at our option.

Defective Products
If your product is not functioning properly, please follow instructions in the next paragraphs to obtain an RMA number and return your product to us for repair or replacement.

Returning Products
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Please email us at orders@edgetechcorp.com or call us toll free at 1-800-259-6565 and we will give you an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package or the package will be refused for security reasons. Include your ETC invoice and the complete product (you must include all components you received, in working, resalable condition).

Please use a shipping method which requires our signature, for your protection. Pack the product securely to prevent damage. Do NOT use a standard envelope; postal mailing machines will frequently damage the product or cause it to rip out of the envelope.
