Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with EDGE is secure, fast, and easy.

1. Find the EDGE Products You Want

EDGE products are categorized into five main categories: Memory, Digital Media, Storage, Flash Drives and Accesories.

2. Add Products to Your Shopping Cart

Review the items in your shopping cart. Select your shipping method and the shipping destination state to view your order shipping cost, any applicable sales tax, and final order total.

EDGE offer's two secure checkout options for you to choose from on the Shopping Cart page. You have choice of completing your order using our standard secure checkout method or Google Checkout. Both checkout methods are secure, and your information will remain private and only used for completing your online transaction.

3. Billing Information

If you are a first time EDGE customer you are required to enter your billing and shipping address, email address, and set a password for future purchases.

If you are a previous EDGE online customer, you can sign in by entering your email address and password and clicking "Sign In" at the top of the Billing Information page. To save you time your previous billing and shipping information will be pre-filled after signing in.

4. Payment Methods

If you choose to checkout using the EDGE standard checkout option, the Payment Methods checkout page allows you to enter your credit card information for payment.

5. Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary changes using the edit buttons near the section requiring the change. If everything looks correct, proceed by clicking the Submit Order button. After submitting your order, please print your order confirmation displayed on screen. You will also receive an order confirmation when your order has been accepted and processing has begun.

6. Check Your Order Status

If you placed your order using the standard EDGE checkout option, click the My Account link at the top of every page. Enter your email address and password used when placing your order. Under your Order History section, click the "View" link next to your order to see the current order status, order date, and ship date.

If you placed your order using the Google Checkout option, visit your Google Account page. Click the Purchase History link on your Google Account page to view the status of your order.
