Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with ETC is secure, fast, and easy.

1. Find the ETC Products You Want
ETC products are categorized into five main categories: Memory, Hard Drives, Flash Drives and Accessories.

2. Add Products to Your Shopping Cart
Review the items in your shopping cart. Select your shipping method and the shipping destination state to view your order shipping cost, any applicable sales tax, and final order total. Checkout methods are secure, and your information will remain private and only used for completing your online transaction. Learn more about our Payment Methods.

3. Billing Information
If you are a first time ETC customer you are required to enter your billing and shipping address, email address, and set a password for future purchases. If you are a previous ETC online customer, you can sign in by entering your email address and password and clicking "Sign In" at the top of the Billing Information page. To save you time your previous billing and shipping information will be pre-filled after signing in.

4. Payment Methods
Currently, the ETC online store accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express through our secure checkout as well as Paypal.

5. Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary changes using the edit buttons near the section requiring the change. If everything looks correct, proceed by clicking the Submit Order button. After submitting your order, please print your order confirmation displayed on screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email when your order has been accepted and processing has begun, and again when your order is shipped. Learn more about order processing and delivery estimates.

6. Check Your Order Status
Click the My Account link at the top of every page. Enter your email address and password used when placing your order. Under your Order History section, click the "View" link next to your order to see the current order status, order date, and ship date.
