Shipping Restrictions

ETC reserves the right to cancel any order that does not pass our extensive fraud checks or other policies listed below.

For most efficient processing of our order, we recommend you ship to your credit card's billing address.

We verify all ship-to addresses and cannot ship to an address which is not on file with your credit card company. If shipping to an address other than the Billing Address, ensure that Shipping Address is on file with your credit card company as an "alternate address" by calling your credit card company.

Billing Home Phone must be the phone number on file with your credit card company.

We cannot ship to mail drops or freight forwarders.
